Social Sharing

By sharing your push messages via Social Media you can reach more of your customers. 

You can choose to post directly to your Facebook and/or Twitter account when you've created your message and broadcast to a wider audience.

This is also a great way to promote the benefits of your app and increase downloads by incentivising your customers to install your app to access exclusive offers or loyalty rewards.

To share your push message via Social Media, follow these simple steps:

1. After you have composed your message and are ready to send, you will need to connect your App Builder account with your Facebook and Twitter accounts.

2. To do this on Facebook, login to your account and then select the page you'd like to connect.

3. To connect your Twitter, login and authorise the app.

Once you have sent your message, it was automatically be posted on your Social Media feeds.

Your message will now be shared as a post on your Facebook page:

And on Twitter, it will be shared as a Tweet:

To disconnect your Social Feeds, go to Build / Global Settings.
