Use the text as a template when posting to social networks.


You can post to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+.

Facebook

Ensure that you are logged in to your Facebook page and select the "Facebook" option button.


This will bring up a Facebook post sharer tab.



Here you can say something about the App and encourage people to download it.


You can also choose where to post it using the dropdown box, either on your own timeline, on a friend's timeline, in a group or on a Page that you manage, such as a company page.



The Facebook post will look like (below) this when published onto a timeline.



Clicking anywhere inside the link will direct the user to the App's promotional landing page where they can find all of the necessary App store download links.

Twitter

Make sure you are logged in to your Twitter account and select the Twitter button to create your post.


This will bring up the Twitter sharing tab.



When the Tweet is posted, it will look like this:



The link will direct the user to the promotional landing page where they can find all of the necessary App store download links.


You can post on LinkedIn and Google+ in the exact same way.


 Clicking on the associated button, typing your message and posting it.

Social Media Promotion Tips


Improve your social media performance by following these tips:


1. Incentivise users with rewards
Encourage users to download your App by offering exclusive In-App discounts or offers.

2. Ask your friends and customers to share
Increase the number of people who see your post by asking your friends, family and customers to "Please Share" or "Please Retweet".

3. Create a "Use App" call to action button on your Facebook page
Add a button to your Facebook page that takes people directly to your App.

4. Encourage sharing from within your App
Ask your App users to share their Check-In's on Facebook and Twitter to help increase awareness of your App as well as your business.
