The Overwrite option allows you to use content from an existing App in another App. Hover over an App you want to change and click "Overwrite". Click OK to confirm that all of the content in that App will be deleted. This cannot be undone. Then enter the appcode for the App you wish to use the content from. This may take a few moments to appear in your dashboard.
