Messaging Individual Customers

If you have access to the Customer Management, you are able to message your customers directly via the Message Centre.
To message a user directly, click on the pencil icon to the right of their name and this will take you to the user’s profile.
Scroll down until you reach the “User’s App Actions” section.
In order to message the user directly, click the “Open Message Centre” button on the right of the page, located above the view/delete buttons.
This will open the Message Centre. From here you can type out your message as well as attach files such as PDFs and images.
