Steps to Create an Organisation Developer Account With Google Play
Step 1: Choose Account Type
Go to the Google Play Console sign-up page and login with your Google Account (play.google.com/console/u/0/signup)
Select "An organisation" and choose your organisation type from the dropdown menu.
Click "Get started".
Step 2: Requirements
Review the requirements needed to create a developer account for an organisation.
Ensure you have a D-U-N-S number, a contact phone number and email address, and a form of payment for the registration fee.
Step 3: Enter Developer Name
Enter the name that will represent your Developer Profile on Google Play.
Click "Next".
Step 4: Link Payments Profile
Click on "Create or select payments profile".
Step 5: Create Payments Profile
Select "Create new payments profile" and click "Continue".
Step 6: Enter D-U-N-S Number
Enter your organisation's D-U-N-S number and click "Next".
Step 7: Confirm D-U-N-S Info
Confirm the business information associated with your D-U-N-S number and click "Confirm".
Step 8: Review Payments Profile
Review and ensure all details in your payments profile are correct.
Click "Next".
Step 9: Enter Organisation Details
Fill in the details about your organisation including size, phone number, and website.
Click "Next".
Step 10: Public Developer Profile
Enter the details for your public developer profile including the developer phone number and email address.
Click "Next".
Step 11: App Details
Provide details about the apps your organisation plans to publish including the number of apps and categories.
Click "Next".
Step 12: Contact Information
Enter the contact information including the contact name, email address, preferred language, and phone number.
Click "Next".
Step 13: Accept Terms
Review and accept the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play Console Terms of Service.
Click "Create account and pay".
Step 14: Confirmation
Your developer account is created, and a receipt is sent to your email.
Click "Go to Play Console".
Verification of Account

Enter the URL of your organization's main website.
A verification request will be sent to the registered owner in Google Search Console.
